Make an impact by supporting students in a flexible, part-time virtual role as a Speech Language Pathologist. You'll work remotely, providing therapy and individualized support to private and home-schooled students within the district. This contract opportunity will run as needed for up to 5 hours per week, with strong collaboration between your expertise, local schools, and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license for Texas with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Skilled in completing ISPs and delivering virtual speech therapy
• Comfortable collaborating with schools and parents to coordinate individualized schedules
• Strong communication abilities, and tech-savvy for remote service provision

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech and language therapy to a small caseload (5-6 students) in private and home schools
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Student Plans (ISPs) to address each student’s unique needs
• Partner with local school team members and parents to schedule therapy sessions and adjust as necessary
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all district and state requirements
• Adapt therapy materials and approaches to engage students in a remote setting
