The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, Disciplined , and Compassionate HVAC Technician to join our elite team. This role is for a professional who views HVAC not just as a mechanical trade, but as a service to the community. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Perform complex repairs, routine maintenance, and full installations of residential and commercial HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, rooftop units, etc.) to the highest industry standards.

• 5-Star Service: Represent the "English Air" brand by being Polite, Personable, and Professional on every call.

• Problem Solving: Diagnose diverse service issues, find the root cause, and offer cost-effective, sustainable, and environmentally friendly solutions .

• Diligent Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including parts used, work performed, and customer feedback.

• State-wide Travel: Be Dependable and ready to travel across the state to meet our customers' needs, ensuring we deliver exactly what we claim.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC residential and commercial service and installation.

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints/schematics.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

• Must pass a background check and comply with our Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace policy (including random testing).

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and climb ladders.
