About the Role:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life.

Scheduling Options:

• Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
• Full-Time: 25+ visits per week
• We offer consistent visits and offer caseloads near you

Locations:

• Dallas, TX
• Mesquite, TX - $5,000 Sign on Bonus
• Irving, TX
• Garland, TX - $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Compensation:

Sign on Bonus:

• $5,000 sign on bonus for FT in Mesquite and Garland
• $2,500 sign on bonus for PT with minimum visit requirement of 12 visits

Evaluation Rate:

• $100.00

Visit Rate:

• $65.00 - $75.00 per visit commensurate with experience

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
