As a Branch Manager within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Oak Park, IL. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. This position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.

Base Salary: $77,138.00 – $128,563.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 07/22/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
