Strategic Planning & Scheduling Lead

The City of Goodyear is seeking a Planning Supervisor to lead day-to-day planning operations, coordinate plan reviews across divisions, and drive improvements in service quality and interdepartmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Planning (or related field) and at least five years in a municipal setting, with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
