Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care within the emergency department.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Employ advanced nursing techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat patients effectively.
- Serve as a Charge Nurse, guiding and mentoring fellow nursing staff.
- Keep precise and comprehensive patient records.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
- Experience as a Charge Nurse is essential.
- ENPC certification is preferred.
