Production Specialist

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, Starting at 3:00 am Job Summary Under general supervision, assist plant staff in assessing, planning and execution of plant optimization through daily preventative maintenance and continuous improvement with strict adherence to safety protocol. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures including but not limited to Hazardous Energy Control Procedures, Lock Out/Tag Out and Confined Space protocol. Inspect, sort, and move materials into piles or containers while assuring the quality of the final product. Work with Plant management to assess and plan for production optimization. Maintain integrity of equipment by performing daily preventative maintenance and cleaning duties. Assist with resolution of production interruptions. Assist Plant Technicians with adjustments, repair or replacements of all fixed and rolling stock equipment as necessary. Perform project related work and other tasks as assigned.
