What You’ll Do As an Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first impression of our firm by: Speaking with potential clients by phone, web chat, and online inquiries Listening with empathy while gathering important accident and injury information Evaluating whether cases meet our criteria Guiding qualified clients through the sign-up process Building confidence and trust in Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers Accurately documenting information in our case management system Scheduling attorney consultations when appropriate This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others while using their sales and customer service skills to make a meaningful impact. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is An exceptional communicator Naturally empathetic and a great listener Confident building relationships and overcoming objections Organized and detail-oriented Goal-driven and motivated by performance Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Experienced in customer service, sales, call centers, or legal intake (preferred) Personal injury experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude. Training & Schedule Your first four months include a structured Monday-Friday training schedule (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) to ensure you’re set up for success. After Training, Your Regular Schedule Will Be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 10:0 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Wednesday & Sunday: Off Eligible team members may have the opportunity to work remotely on select days based on performance and business needs.
