What You'll Be Doing
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
Handling reservations and inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
Assisting guests with questions or requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone approachable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills to manage reservations and guest records.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
