Accounts Receivable Representative

Growing company looking for experienced accounts receivable representatives.  This career is for a professional that is experienced in accounting and proficient in Excel.  The right candidate with proven history of;  accounts receivable, reconciliations, month end, invoicing and proficient in excel. This role is for career minded individuals with a heart for accounting looking to grow.  The role is $18-$19 depending on experience. you qualify please apply!

shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

accounts receivable, invoice management, proficient in excel, month end, reconciliations

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)
• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
• Microsoft Excel (2 years of experience is required)
• Month-End Close (3 years of experience is required)
• Invoices (2 years of experience is required)
• Vendor reconciliations (1 year of experience is required)
