Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Don Tester Ford is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support both our Sales and Service departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong phone and communication skills who enjoys working with people in a fun, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling service appointments, following up with sales leads, assisting with AI-powered sales follow-up, and supporting the dealership with various customer service and administrative tasks.
