Customer Service Representative

Don Tester Ford is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support both our Sales and Service departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong phone and communication skills who enjoys working with people in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling service appointments, following up with sales leads, assisting with AI-powered sales follow-up, and supporting the dealership with various customer service and administrative tasks.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $16-$20/hour, based on experience
• Potential commission opportunities
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer needs
• Follow up with sales leads and assist with AI-powered lead follow-up
• Communicate with customers by phone and other channels as needed
• Support both Sales and Service departments
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records
• Assist with various dealership tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly, positive attitude
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Previous customer service, sales, or automotive experience is a plus
