You start your morning by preparing the team leader's daily call list, ensuring they're ready to connect with clients and prospects. Throughout the day, you expertly manage the team leader's schedule, keeping them on track for meetings and appointments. You answer incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly tone, serving as a key point of contact for clients. Between tasks, you coordinate the client gift program, selecting thoughtful items that strengthen relationships. As events approach, you dive into planning and assisting with every detail to ensure memorable client experiences.
