Our client, a global, compliance-focused organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization supporting a specialized, program-specific talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proactive risk awareness, and excellent stakeholder communication, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Talent Acquisition Specialist Location Sunrise, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week) Pay Range $30/hr - $39/hr w2 What's the Job? Manage recruitment activities across assigned requisitions and program workstreams, ensuring consistent execution within established program requirements. Review candidate qualifications against job requirements and document assessment outcomes accurately throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Coordinate candidate screening and interview scheduling activities, supporting candidate management from initial evaluation through hiring leader review. Monitor recruitment milestones, priorities, and deadlines to support timely program delivery and high‑quality candidate experience. Serve as a control point by identifying operational, compliance, documentation, and timeline risks, escalating concerns early, and maintaining audit‑ready recruiting records. What's Needed? 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or recruitment operations. Experience supporting candidate screening, resume review, interview coordination, requisition management, or related recruitment activities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to stakeholders. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate judgment and discretion, including identifying issues and following through on corrective actions. What's in it for me?
