Exciting RN Opportunity - Join Our Dynamic Team!

Job Description:
- Work Schedule: 4 Days - 10 Hours
- Start: ASAP
- Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine and complex care independently in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrate acute awareness of relevant aspects of patient situations.
- Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols.
- Monitor for side effects and effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
- Required Certifications:
- BLS certification via AHA required.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.

Additional Requirements:
- Weekend Requirement: 1-2 24-hour weekend call shifts.
- On Call Requirement: 1-2 call nights per week with charge duties as needed.
- Floating Requirement: Yes, to main and other departments as needed.
- EMR System: EPIC.
- Dress Code: Provided.
