Services are tailored to meet the needs of clients with single properties as well as those with larger investment portfolios. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Specialist role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Leasing Specialist will handle daily leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospective residents through the application and approval process. This role will prepare, review, and execute lease documents, ensure accurate lease administration, and maintain organized records in accordance with company policies. The Leasing Specialist will support resident retention by providing prompt, courteous customer service, addressing questions and concerns, and coordinating with property management and maintenance teams as needed. The role also includes assisting with marketing available units, updating listings, tracking leasing activity and occupancy, and contributing to strategies that reduce vacancies and enhance the resident experience. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build positive relationships with prospective and current residents. Prior experience in residential property management, real estate, or a related leasing role is strongly preferred. Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area, including some evenings or weekends as required by leasing activity. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office software and property management systems (or willingness to learn). High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability when handling confidential information and financial documents.
