Job Details Job Location: Duffield - Duffield, VA 24244 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly Job Category: Human Resources The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR administrative support while serving as a professional point of contact for external customers, vendors, and business partners. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a consistent and positive customer service experience. Provide timely, professional, and courteous service to external customers and business partners. Maintain a professional working relationship with corporate sales and other members of management. Coordinate catering and notifications of customer visits/ meetings, ensuring adequate supplies. Assist with onboarding, recruitment activities, employment documentation and other day-to-day HR duties. Participate in employee engagement activities and follow-ups throughout all facilities. Support HR policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and departmental projects. Help develop FAQ’s, knowledge resources, communication materials, and self-service solutions for employees. Assist in employee communications and postings via live streaming formats. Assist in data entry of production labor hours. Participate in internal/external employer branding initiatives. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized and service-oriented with a strong ability to balance HR administrative responsibilities with excellent customer service. Must enjoy helping people, solving problems, and representing the organization in a positive and professional manner and approach. Other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Education: Business or Human Resources Degree Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of experience in human resources and/or customer service Knowledge/Skills: Customer Service, HR Administration, Data Entry, Attention to detail, Microsoft Office Proficiencies #J-18808-Ljbffr VFP
