Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.70 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 AM - 09:00 AMTue01:00 AM - 09:00 AMFri01:00 AM - 09:00 AMSat01:00 AM - 09:00 AMSun01:00 AM - 09:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with access control procedures and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Support a professional environment by offering directions, answering questions, and helping address routine security-related issues with courtesy and professionalism. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
