Shift: 1st Shift M-F, 06:00 - 02:00 p.m. Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. * Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures. * Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. * Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. * Create labor records for all transactions. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Detector Assembler to support the Nuclear MFG Team
- Minimum Years of experience: 2 - 3 years
- Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED
- Languages competency? English
- Is there any certification required? IPC-610
- Key Skills: - Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards
- Read design drawings
- Electronic component identification
- Understanding of Quality standards
- bility to use microscope for long periods of time
- Key Abilities: follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects
- Is travel required? No
- Is it a home-office position? No
- Is there any system/knowledge candidates need to have proficiency in? computer skills, SAP
- Is field Experience required? No
- Job level expectation: beginner to Intermediate
- Is required to work on the weekend? Yes, as needed
