Operations Lead

CALM Nonprofit

The Operations Lead will work closely with leadership to strengthen internal systems, oversee operational workflows, support program coordination, and help maintain accountability across ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Help oversee operational workflows and organizational systems
Help improve operational efficiency and organization
Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions
Support leadership with special projects and organizational initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Experience in operations, project coordination, administration, nonprofit work, is a plus
Passion for community impact and mental wellness advocacy
