Operations Lead
CALM Nonprofit
The Operations Lead will work closely with leadership to strengthen internal systems, oversee operational workflows, support program coordination, and help maintain accountability across ongoing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Help oversee operational workflows and organizational systems
- Help improve operational efficiency and organization
- Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions
- Support leadership with special projects and organizational initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Experience in operations, project coordination, administration, nonprofit work, is a plus
- Passion for community impact and mental wellness advocacy
