$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced MedSurg RN for 13-week night shift contracts with the potential for extension. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring safety and compliance with clinical standards. Responsibilities: Administer patient care and monitor patient status, responding promptly to changes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient information accurately using Cerner EMR system. Adhere to protocols for infection control, safety, and patient privacy. Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments per physician orders. Maintain compliance with certification and licensing requirements throughout the assignment. Qualifications: Hold an active WV or Compact RN license; pending licenses accepted for submission. Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience in a medical-surgical setting. Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner EMR and clinical documentation. Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required) certifications through the American Heart Association. Have strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a team. Be able to provide references from charge nurses or managers within the past two years.
