Job Description Job Description Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Performs all Front Desk related functions including but not limited to Customer Service Sales Checking guests in/out Promoting company programs Maintaining guest records Running nightly reports Cash handling Handling customer issues in professional manner May be asked to perform duties of other departments if necessary such as laundry. Required to wear a uniform Requires multitasking Any other task deemed necessary by Management Shifts will be: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm Holidays and weekends are required.
