Job Description Job Description Job Type Full-time Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills. This role will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and supporting management with accurate financial data. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and partners. Assist with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience (hospitality/real estate industry experience is a plus). Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, M3, or similar). Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required. Additional Information H1B sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
