The Role:

• Location: Seaside, OR 97138
• Assignment duration: 12/1/2026 - 12/2/2026
• Shift Type: 8A-5P. Regular Hours: Required.
• OT: Applies after 10 hours per day.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Cases: Outpatient clinic integrated with infusion center; 9 infusion chairs and 4 exam rooms. Preferred experience with bone marrow biopsies.
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
