Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Aviata at the Sea - Pompano Beach

Shift: 7p-7a

Full time and part time

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) caregiver, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse.

About the Role:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation

• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program

• Provide nursing services, conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status, and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
