What You'll Do

• Meet with motivated sellers throughout the Austin metro, make offers, and buy houses

• Present cash offers and help homeowners navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives

• Build trust quickly with people dealing with foreclosure, divorce, inheritance, or relocation

• Manage your own pipeline, stay on top of follow-up, and close the deal

• Work closely with a small acquisitions team focused on aggressive growth

Compensation:

$200,000 - $325,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

• Get in front of a high volume of homeowners on a daily basis
• Guide those leads through the process and turn them into signed contracts
• Secure signed contracts by phone or in person throughout the Austin Metro area
• Put together offers that work within our business model
• Give input on ways to sharpen and improve our sales process

Qualifications:

• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required

• Sales is your passion; you're driven to succeed

• Team player; wants to help us win and dominate

• Outbound Sales Experience: 2+ years (Preferred)

• Combination of in-office work and in-home appointments
