Produce Manager

We are currently seeking a Produce Manager for our Paynesville, MN location.
- Responsibilities include ensuring the quality of produce is maintained, merchandising, display building, ordering, proper labor scheduling, and setting retail prices.
- Previous produce experience is strongly preferred, but not necessary.
- The Produce manager guarantees price integrity along with operational procedures, ensuring that company standards are met.
- Must be customer service-driven, motivated, and able to follow tasks.
- Weekend and holiday hours are expected.
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and can work in a fast-paced environment in varying temperature conditions.
