Senior Product Manager

Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives focused on driving revenue growth and customer engagement through strategic optimization of subscriptions, pricing models, and monetization levers. You'll own the lower funnel — plan presentment and checkout with a focus on experimentation — seeking new ways to drive subscription sign-up, help customers find the right plan, and work with partners on retargeting strategies. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, shaping the direction of key growth strategies through experimentation, customer insights, and bold bets that elevate the user experience and long-term business value.

• Own the pricing and plan presentment experience for prospective customers, ensuring a tested, data-driven approach to conversion.
• Support business model optimization, exploring and scaling new ways for customers to access premium value.
• Optimize plan mix and duration, building on prior learnings to guide customers toward the right plan for their needs.
• Partner with CRM to enable effective retargeting of unconverted customers, defining the offers, segmentation, and timing that drive re-engagement.
• Design and execute complex experimentation roadmaps — including A/B and multivariate testing — targeting key growth metrics across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and Business Leaders to ensure strategic clarity, operational execution, and shared success metrics.
• Use advanced analytics and behavioral data to deeply understand user segments, evaluate performance, and inform product trade-offs with a focus on lifetime value and profitability.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture across the growth team, mentoring junior PMs and collaborating closely with stakeholders to scale what works and sunset what doesn't.
• Make hard trade-offs decisively, prioritizing for maximum business impact while protecting customer experience, brand integrity and technical scalability.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of owning complex product areas and delivering strong business results.
• Experience driving growth through pricing, subscription, or marketplace strategies.
• Regularly partner with and present to senior leadership, translating experimentation results and data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Skilled at defining high-level goals and owning details, turning ambiguity into clarity.
• Highly comfortable with cohort, funnel, and statistical analysis, able to independently dig into data to surface insights.
• Passionate about testing, iteration, and optimization, with experience running A/B tests designed for statistical rigor and business relevance.
• Engaging storyteller who aligns cross-functional teams around bold ideas.
• Ground decisions in user empathy using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer needs and behaviors.
• Build strong relationships, lead with curiosity, and elevate the people around you.
