6-10+ years of experience in EcoSys configuration, administration, and functional support. 10+ years of experience in EPC, Project Controls, or enterprise application support. Strong hands-on experience with Hexagon EcoSys configuration, administration, and governance. Experience integrating EcoSys with Primavera P6, SAP/ERP, Aconex , and other project delivery systems. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, production rollouts, and post-deployment stabilization. Strong understanding of EPC project controls, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project execution. Experience with ServiceNow incident management and production support. Excellent stakeholder management, training, and communication skills. Act as the primary EcoSys Functional SME for implementation, configuration, governance, and support. Configure EcoSys projects, organizational structures, security roles, and user access. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional EcoSys solutions. Define and maintain EcoSys standards, templates, and governance across projects. Provide functional consulting, user training, system demonstrations, and best practice guidance. Support production issues, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user requests through ServiceNow. Lead testing, validation, and deployment of EcoSys releases and enhancements. Perform business impact assessments for upgrades and coordinate production rollouts. Support integrations between EcoSys, Primavera P6, SAP/ERP, Aconex, and other enterprise applications. Validate interface data, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure data integrity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, and system optimization.
