Security Officer Patient Support Patrol

Position Security Officer Patient Support Patrol – Cleveland, OH Full Time. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour. Job Schedule Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM. What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, hallways, waiting areas, and/or other assigned spaces to support access control practices and observe for security-related concerns. Assist with de-escalation, directions, and general assistance for guests and/or personnel while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements Hospital positions require compliance with applicable vaccination requirements. The client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
