We are thrilled to present a full-time opportunity for a Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician to join our outstanding team in Freeport, Illinois.

Opportunity Overview:

• Full-time position in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine
• Focus on outpatient care in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
• Interpretation of sleep studies
• Perform bronchoscopy procedures
• Conduct Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
• Utilize Low-Dose CT (LDCT) technology
• Work with EPIC EMR system
• Access to extensive multi-specialty referral networks

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine
• Fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine or Pulmonary/Critical Care
• Training in Sleep Medicine, with Board Certification or Board Eligibility relevant to the position
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional, patient-focused care
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $450,000-$520,000
