CAD/CAM Solutions & Growth Manager

In this remote role, you will command our Mastercam and Verisurf initiatives across the Federal Division, transforming complex manufacturing challenges into high-value software strategies. You will own the complete revenue growth trajectory by winning key enterprise accounts, driving Add-On adoption, and maintaining exceptional maintenance renewal rates. By equipping our account managers and sales teams with elite technical enablement, actionable pricing guidance, and master-level product demonstrations, you will elevate the entire organization's sales effectiveness and position Phillips as an indispensable technology partner. Virtuosity in this role demands an extraordinary blend of technical expertise and commercial execution. You will build and operate a high-caliber, data-driven software growth engine, mastering systems like CRM and Showpad within your first 90 days to track pipeline discipline, campaign impact, and evaluation performance. Bringing 10+ years of deep CAD/CAM/CAI experience, fluent technical communication, and the agility for selective global travel, you will consistently measure and raise the standard of what exceptional performance looks like.
