SAFE Scrum Master at Rishabh RPO Washington DC

Job Title: SAFE Scrum Master Duration: 6-9 Months Location: Washington, DC Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Coach team members and stakeholders on SAFe Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team dynamics Shield the team from external interruptions and remove impediments to ensure steady sprint progress Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog Maintain and manage sprint boards, user stories, tasks, and reports in Jira Track and communicate team velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability Align team efforts with enterprise strategy and program-level objectives Promote transparency, open communication, and cross-team collaboration Guide Agile adoption and maturity across delivery teams Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master using Jira or similar Agile tools Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban; SAFe experience preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) required; SAFe certification strongly preferred Demonstrated success with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile reporting Familiarity with DevOps tools (Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans) Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and resolve team-level challenges Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
