Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)We're looking for a compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is dedicated to supporting quality resident care and nursing excellence in a long-term care setting. In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Services Department. You will help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume responsibility for carrying out resident care policies established by the facility.Offer holistic and resident-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of residents and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience.This role involves working closely with our team to deliver resident-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
