As a Security Officer Patrol Guard in Center Valley, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support guests and staff with strong customer service and communication. In a role shaped by teamwork, integrity, and reliability, you will help create a welcoming environment while responding to routine security-related concerns with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with store personnel, visitors, and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to observe visitor activity, document incidents, and/or assist with access-related concerns according to site guidelines.
• Support loss prevention and customer assistance efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, addressing policy violations, and/or providing directions and general assistance to the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
