Digital Marketing Strategist

PatientPath is owned and operated by OrthoSynetics in Metairie, LA.

The Role: The Digital Marketing Strategist role is a full-time, hybrid (2 days/week in office) position based in New Orleans, LA. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns that drive patient acquisition and brand awareness for PatientPath's healthcare clients.

Day-to-day tasks include developing multi-channel strategies, managing paid digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborates with internal teams and clients on creative concepts, media planning, performance, and optimizations.

Qualifications:

5 years+ experience managing paid digital ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok for multiple clients/businesses.
5 years+ experience testing new tactics and continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
Familiarity with healthcare or professional services marketing and an understanding of patient acquisition and retention dynamics.
Experience collaborating with graphic design team on campaign concepts.
Strong skills in digital campaign strategy and execution across multiple digital channels.
Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance optimization using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, and marketing performance dashboards.
Ability to develop compelling marketing messaging and collaborate on content for websites and landing pages.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, including prioritizing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Advertising agency experience is preferred.
