GTM Analytics Manager

As a GTM Analytics Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally across our entire go-to-market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential. You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to ensure that Lattice executes rigorously against data-driven decisions. This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales & marketing efficiency. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operational leaders across a variety of long-term strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc analyses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success. * Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. * Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making. * Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.). * Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business * Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

* A bachelor's or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience * 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company

• Strong SQL skills are a must
• Prior experience with DBT & Looker (or other BI tool) is a strong plus
• An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
• Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives
