Produce batches that meet all quality parameters in a timely and cost-efficient manner

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMPs to ensure accurate compounding

Complete assigned batches according to production schedules and requirements

Monitor batch yields and investigate/report any variances from acceptable ranges

Maintain equipment operation by performing basic upkeep and reporting malfunctions

Ensure proper sanitation and preventative maintenance of compounding equipment

Reduce waste and control costs by minimizing scrap and inefficiencies

Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including safe disposal of materials

23 years of manufacturing experience required; mixing or compounding experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge of chemical handling, weighing, and mixing processes

Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (license required)

Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and specifications

Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately and consistently

Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
