Summary The Sales Supervisor is a dynamic role at Lacoste, bridging the gap between sales and management. Responsibilities include engaging in direct sales, assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and overseeing store operations. Key Responsibilities Sales Excellence: Engage in selling products, understand customer needs, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Team Support: Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team. Operational Assistance: Assist in daily store operations to ensure the store runs smoothly. Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service and address customer questions and issues. Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, including stocking and organizing products. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays. Performance Tracking: Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role. Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset. Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management. High school diploma required; some college or retail management training preferred.
