Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of students
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver direct physical therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records to support student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Provide strategies and activities that enhance students’ mobility, motor skills, and participation in school routines
• Participate in team meetings and consultations as needed
