Barista Job DescriptionPosition Overview:As a Barista at Dark Matter Coffee, you will operate and maintain our retail storefront while embodying our values of exceptional customer service and beverage craftsmanship. You will engage in training and tasks assigned by the Café Manager and Front-of-House Lead.Compensation:The starting pay for this position is $16/hr – $18/hr, based on experience, with part-time (20-25 hours) and full-time (30-35 hours) options available.Benefits:We offer comprehensive health insurance that includes medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, STD/LTD, and voluntary life insurance.
