Interface with associates, vendors, customers, and outside consultants. This assures that the Program rules and requirements are maintained, the projects are cost effective, and the information needed for management and regulatory reporting is accurate and timely. Coordinate and direct the activities of vendors and contractors. Review vendor deliverables. Monitor vendor performance, and review/process vendor invoices.Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; Apply knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques to program and project oversight.Perform project site visits as requiredCompile and analyze data from various projects / sources to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management. Projects may include the installation of various energy conservation measures (ECMs) such as HVAC, lighting, motors, energy management systems, etc., as appropriate for the program. Analyze performance results for management reports; Provide monthly project status forecasts; Must be proficient with working independently while maintaining and applying working knowledge of PSEG Standards of Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls.Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction.Ensure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practicesQualifications:B.S. Degree plus 8 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fieldExperience processing milestone payments and forecasting financial spendKnowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and costCommitment to process improvementKnowledge of PSEG's CEF energy efficiency order and related frameworksAble to travel within PSE&G territory to conduct meetings with customers, perform inspections, and manage relationships with contractorsValid US driver's licenseDesired:Vendor management, invoicing skills.Building Performance Institute Certifications preferredCertified Energy Manager preferredOur Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
