Gill Staffing is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our Grand Rapids team. This is not a desk job where you do the same thing every day. One minute you may be interviewing a candidate, the next helping a client fill an urgent opening, and later resolving an employee issue.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and working with a sense of urgency.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and interview candidates
• Fill manufacturing, warehouse, and office positions
• Manage employee attendance and performance issues
• Build relationships with employees and clients
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation
• Work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
• Help people find jobs and help businesses find talent
