As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of both mother and child. Your expertise and compassionate care will be instrumental in guiding families through one of the most significant moments of their lives.

• Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and reassessments as per policy
• Utilize appropriate pain management techniques and educate patients and families
• Develop and revise care plans based on patient responses and evaluate daily for effectiveness
• Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to the five medication rights
• Formulate and implement teaching plans based on identified learning needs
• Maintain a safe environment to reduce the likelihood of medical errors
• Coordinate with other departments for an interdisciplinary approach to patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required (AHA)
• Active OH or compact nursing license required
• BSN degree preferred
