Weekend CNA

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for weekend home care services. Role & Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in clients' homes, including personal hygiene, transfers, ambulation, and basic nursing tasks. Assist with prescribed exercises and medication reminders as instructed by healthcare professionals. Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary needs. Offer companionship and engage clients in activities tailored to their interests. Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain accurate documentation of care activities. Report changes in clients' physical or psychosocial conditions promptly. Adhere to care plans, follow protocols, and ensure patient confidentiality and safety. Use medical equipment such as blood pressure cuffs and stethoscopes as needed. Qualifications & Skills Current certification with DFS. High school diploma or GED preferred. Effective communication skills, ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods. Compassionate attitude towards patient care and a strong sense of dependability.
