Operations CoordinatorSupport day-to-day office operations, accounting processes, and customer communication to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role will grow into full office management responsibilities over time.Assist with accounts receivable, collections, and invoicingSupport job file management and ensure documentation is complete and accurateCommunicate with customers regarding billing, scheduling, and general inquiriesHelp maintain organized office systems and workflowsAssist in using QuickBooks and internal systems for tracking and reportingSupport the owner in improving office efficiency and processesLearn and follow company procedures for accounting and job documentationSupport customer communication and help resolve issues in a professional and timely mannerAssist with job documentation, scheduling coordination, and maintaining organized recordsHelp manage invoices, collections, and basic accounting tasksMaintain accurate employee and job-related documentationSupport onboarding tasks such as new hire paperwork and basic orientation coordinationAssist in maintaining office procedures and improving organization and workflowFollow and support company safety and compliance standardsWork closely with the owner to improve office operations and efficiencyStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentComfortable communicating with customers and team members professionallyAbility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesWillingness to learn new systems, processes, and industry-specific requirementsBasic experience or familiarity with accounting, billing, or administrative work preferredAbility to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactivelyDependable, coachable, and motivated to grow into a larger role$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
