DevOps EngineerJohnson & Johnson is hiring a DevOps Engineer for the Engineering Productivity Team in Santa Clara, California, United States of America. This role will help improve engineering efficiency by supporting build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and other core parts of the software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Support the software development lifecycle through CI/CD pipeline developmentAdvance and improve build and general support infrastructureDevelop provisioning and deployment strategiesSupport AWS cloud infrastructureWork with engineering teams to support their business requirementsSupport monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery systemsBuild and support engineering metrics pipelines, dashboards, and data reporting workflows to improve visibility into system health and developer productivityEvaluate and enable AI based tools, LLM driven workflows, and automation opportunities within software development and DevOps environmentsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in DevOps or related field requiredExperience and Skills:Required:Experience with CI/CD pipeline support and development using Jenkins and/or GitlabExperience with cloud and containerization technologies such as AWS and Docker.Experience with Python and BashExperience with code repository management, code merge, and code quality checksExperience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar toolsExperience building or supporting engineering metrics pipelines, dashboards, and data reporting workflowsFamiliarity with AI tools, LLM based workflows, and automation use cases in software development or DevOps environmentsPreferred:Experience with QNX, Yocto, and Linux preferredExperience working in medical devices preferredExperience with CMake preferredExperience with Kubernetes and Terraform preferredExperience with Artifactory and SonarQube, preferredExperience supporting AI or ML workloads, data pipelines, or related infrastructure is a plusOther:This role may require up to 10% travel.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $106,000.00 - $170,200.00.Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
