As a Security Officer Full Time Alarm Monitoring in Atlantic City, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. You will respond to security-related concerns, monitor assigned areas, and contribute to a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the residential location, verify visitor and vendor entry in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
