Network Design Engineer
The Senior Technology Engineer, Core Network Technologies is a member of the Network Engineering team and is accountable as the lead engineer for implementing, supporting and maintaining the core infrastructure portfolio of products and for providing best in class support and service delivery across all worldwide Gilead sites and locations. Effective partnership and teamwork with business partners, peer IT team members, IT Security, and all other Gilead IT service teams is a key success factor. The Core Network Technologies suite portfolio of products includes Cisco routers and switches, Aruba wireless infrastructure, WAN acceleration, WAN services, and other core networking devices and services. The Senior Technology Engineer, Core Network Technologies provides oversight for implementation, maintenance and operations of these tools in a high regulatory and compliance environment.
