Bilingual Mandarin Entry-Level Financial Representative

This role offers comprehensive training and mentorship to help you build a successful business by providing financial solutions to individuals and businesses. $50,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

• Attend virtual and in-person training to enhance financial expertise.
• Engage in structured coaching, mentorship, and training programs.
• Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements.

• No prior financial experience is required, and comprehensive training is included.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Competitive mindset with a history of leadership or achievement.

• Life and Health Insurance License preferred, but not required
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
