Antwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and driving the company’s financial strategy. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage accounting functions, including audits, tax filings, and month-end closing.
- Previous Auto Sales Experience is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Previous F & I Experience is a PLUS
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Competitive salary range from $52,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year.
